Information you provide
If you join the newsletter or use the contact form, RemoteNest may process your email address, name and message for the purpose you requested. Do not send sensitive personal, financial or medical information through the contact form.
Analytics and technical data
The production site may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand aggregate page views, referrers, device categories and broad location. Any analytics service must be identified here before activation and configured according to applicable consent requirements.
Advertising
RemoteNest uses a consent-gated Adsterra integration that can provide standard and Native Banners, a Social Bar, Popunder scripts and Smartlink or Direct Link destinations through approved delivery domains, including profitableratecpmnetwork.com. When activated and allowed by you, the advertising provider may process IP address, browser and device details, page context, ad interactions, cookies or similar identifiers to deliver, measure and protect advertising. Adsterra's own privacy terms govern data it processes as an independent provider.
Native Banners, the Social Bar and any configured Popunder remain disabled until advertising permission is granted in the site interface and are not loaded when Global Privacy Control or a browser Do Not Track signal is detected. Popunder advertising is additionally frequency-limited locally by RemoteNest. Direct Links are clearly marked as sponsored and open an external advertising destination.
Your advertising choice
Your selection is stored in browser local storage under a versioned RemoteNest advertising-consent key. A separate local timestamp limits how often a configured Popunder script can load. Choosing “Continue without ads” prevents third-party ad scripts from loading through this integration. Clearing browser storage resets the choice.
Cookies and local storage
Essential storage may be used for security and site operation. Optional analytics or advertising storage should remain disabled until the required permission is obtained. Third-party advertisers may set or read their own storage only after advertising has been allowed and their scripts have loaded.
Affiliate and sponsored links
Retailers and advertising partners may process information after you follow an affiliate or sponsored link. Eligible commercial links are labeled and use a sponsored relationship attribute. Their sites, security practices and privacy terms are independent from RemoteNest.
Security and retention
RemoteNest uses HTTPS-focused deployment settings, a restrictive content security policy and limited browser permissions. No website can guarantee absolute security. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and maintain reasonable business records. Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
Your requests
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal data. Contact privacy@remotenest.cv. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed.
International use
RemoteNest is available internationally, while vendors may process information in several countries. Privacy rights and transfer requirements differ by jurisdiction. This policy must be reviewed by qualified counsel before commercial launch and updated with the actual operating entity, analytics provider, advertising account and jurisdiction-specific notices.
